All goods delivered remain the property of WaxUp Africa until they are fully paid.

Can I order by email?

You can of course also order by email. To ensure that
processing your order quickly, however, we recommend that you place your order online. By ordering via the internet, you also have the advantage of knowing directly the delivery date of each item you are interested in.

Can I pay in installments?

Payment by down payment is a specific request to be made by email to serviceclientele@waxupafrica.com and will be evaluated according to the amount.

We try to make it as easy as possible for you to get there, so you will find the attached

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

How do we maintain/wash our Wax fabrics?

Our fabrics are certified 100% cotton, so there is no special maintenance, it is real WAX fabric! This is an excellent quality of fabrics.

The colors do not rub off in the wash.

We recommend washing with a lot of love at 30 degrees but you can also wash them at 40.

The choice of detergent, laundry, soap is free and does not alter the quality of the product. However for ecological issues a most natural detergent is recommended.</p<

Returns/exchanges

If for some reason the article was not suitable and a return or exchange was necessary,
please contact us on serviceclientele@waxupafrica.com, we’ll let you know
then the procedure for return/exchanges

How long can I keep the item? Can I send it all back?

Unused, unworn and unsuitable items can be returned within 7 days at your expense. WaxUp reserves the right not to assert what is prescribed in terms of returns, if once the goods are received, WaxUp finds that the goods have been carried or damaged.

Exception: for reasons of hygiene towards our customers, earrings and bracelets are not NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO PAYBACK!

When will my return be credited?

The refund is made once the returned goods have been able to be controlled by
depending on the destination, it takes 7 days for the parcel to be received at
our premises.
